Go India Trips offers you the possibility to design your trip according to your preferences. To receive your personalized travel program, you must submit your request for a quotation by phone or by email to our agency based in Jaipur, or through our website Go India Trip.
If the validity period of your quotation has expired, Go India Trips may issue a new quotation if certain conditions, particularly pricing, have changed.
Once you confirm the quotation within its validity period, you may proceed with your booking by accepting the general and specific terms and conditions of sale. This can be done at our agency or by email, by initialing and signing the contract and quotation, along with the general and specific terms and conditions, which will be provided to you.
A booking is considered final upon receipt by Go India Trips of the completed, dated, and signed booking form, or upon validation of the booking form via our website through the online registration process.
The client must pay a 45% deposit at the time of booking, and the remaining balance according to the deadlines specified in the booking form.
If the client fails to pay the total price of the trip within the specified time, our agency reserves the right to cancel the trip at the client's expense and apply the cancellation fees as outlined in these general terms and conditions.
