Dr. Matt Shin is a professor of international business at the College of Social Science at Konkuk University in Seoul, South Korea. He also serves as the president of Pacific States University in Los Angeles, California, USA. His research has been published in international journals, including Service Business, the International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, the European Journal of Innovation Management, and others.
